Can’t wait to return

Not only is The One architecturally stunning, the service is impeccable. I asked where I could find distilled water, and within an hour, it appeared in my room. One of the bellmen had been sent out of the hotel to find it.
The breakfast menu offered a wide variety of choices, including Eggs Benedict and freshly squeezed orange juice. Scrumptious. The bar was a fun place with a bartender who was a font of useful information for first time visitors to Lisboa.
The One won my highest recommendation.

Best location and service in the heart of Lisbon

Beautiful hotel with exceptional service. Every room is magical and filled with history. The breakfast was amazing with a large variety of options. This is my second visit to Lisbon and I love the location as well. Everything is in walking distance.

Outstanding

Outstanding. Super friendly staff, imacculately clean and a great base to explore Lisbon from. Great choice at breakfast served by charming staff. Very helpful.concierge and portering team who took great care that we could take a taxi to the airport during national day Highly recommended

Beautiful but could improve

Very beautiful hotel in a refurbished old building. Excellent position. Very clean. We found it lacking enough common space/rooms. We never dined there, but had breakfast: no buffet so you have to wait for a varying amount of time, often to receive good food but seldom what you asked for. Rich choice from a menu.

Excellent customer service. Elegant hotel.

The hotel is a beautifully renovated palace keeping to the original palace design as much as possible. The standard room is a good size with king size bed, a "dining" table and chairs and room for luggage racks. The bathroom is luxurious with a large shower and WC.
The breakfast in the restaurant is excellent with very kind servers.
The check in was quick and very welcoming. The concierge went above and beyond to help with restaurant reservations, airline adjustments, and transportation.
