Doskonały urlop
Absolutnie hotel warty polecenia. Lokalizacja, czystość, kuchnia i przemiła obsługa. Bardzo kameralny hotel dla pragnących spokoju i wypoczynku. Jak będą siły i czas wolny, z chęcią wkrótce odwiedzę. Wspaniałe wakacje.

Great hotel with excellent service
Just returned from 12 nights at the Radisson Blu Azuri and it exceeded our expectations. Firstly the service from every single member of staff is exceptional. The hotel grounds are well kept, rooms spacious and clean and facilities are excellent. We used the gym, tennis and all of the water sports on offer, the beach isn’t crystal clear but still fine to swim with great views or take the boat to the platform for perfect snorkelling. We managed to eat at all of the restaurants (Black Rock, Cafe Gioia twice and Nines). The buffet restaurant had great variety and catered well for our 2 kids and the Easter spread was a welcomed surprise. Pool table and sky sports at the black rock was appreciated by our son. Credit system for the 3 restaurants worked well and we only paid an additional £40 over the course of the 12 days for the 5 visits.
We also did various activities (beach volley, football and fishing to name a few) and visited the market which the hotel put on a free shuttle bus twice a week. A lovely area / complex and we would certainly return.

Nice 4* hotel
We had a nice stay. The plus points are:
1. Thanks to Sheetal. We received a warm welcome and were upgraded to a suite with pool and were offered late check-out.
2. The swimming pool near the restaurant is nice and the one in the gym is even better
3. All staff are kind and helpful. Special thanks to the Mr. who usually refills the mini bar who accepted to remove all the alcoholic drinks from the minibar despite our request was refused on the previous day. Staffs at le Comptoir offered a good service too.
4. The suite including the bathroom is super spacious and my son did not want to get out of the pool.
5. The buffet restaurant is not that big but you do have a choice for everyone.
Points for improvement:
1. The staff should take out the luggage from the guests’ car as we were asked to remive ours. I think this is the bare minimum for a hotel.
2. The kids club is quite small and not many variety of activities.

Radisson Blu Azuri Resort - Tired, run down and not what we signed up for.
The Radisson Blu Azuri Resort :
The Radisson Blu Azuri Resort very well fell short of expectations. Despite being all-inclusive, the food in the main dining area was well below subpar. The coffee machine area was uninviting, with a sour milk smell and dirty walls, giving it a low-cost cafeteria feel rather than a 4-star hotel.It wasn't clean at all. The bar was poorly stocked, with unwashed plastic beer cups. The constant loud music, whether from the live band or DJ, was overwhelming. The wait staff seemed drained, struggling to provide good service, some did try. . The room was spacious and mostly clean, but the promised ocean view was a false beach overlooking the noisy pool bar food hall area. The other restaurants were average, with better staff but overpriced food. Overall, the resort felt like a chaotic cheap music, pack them in venue, rather than a relaxing island getaway. The experience tarnished the Radisson name, despite some staff members' efforts. The pool & the gym near by was a highlight.
I am extremely disappointed with the whole experience. Thompsons Holidays what a joke. The photos online are way different to the actual resort.

Stunning Island, Mixed Hotel Experience – Some Incredible Staff Made the Difference
Mauritius is truly a beautiful and unforgettable island, but unfortunately, our stay at the Radisson Blu Azuri Resort & Spa didn’t meet the expectations we had for a once-in-a-lifetime trip.
The hotel itself felt tired and in need of refurbishment, and although it’s marketed as a luxury resort, several aspects of our experience told a different story. We encountered issues with room cleanliness, maintenance problems, and poor food quality and availability, despite paying for an all-inclusive package. At one point, we even considered moving to another hotel during the stay.
That said, there were positive highlights, including our first spa experience, which was absolutely phenomenal—a true standout moment. While the second spa visit didn’t quite live up to the first, I appreciated that the team handled it with kindness and offered compensation, which was genuinely appreciated.
Most importantly, I want to give a heartfelt shout-out to a few staff members who went above and beyond and were the true saving grace of our stay:
Kunal, Linesh, Innesh, Victor, and Shakira – thank you for your warmth, attentiveness, and effort. Your service stood out and made a difficult stay much more bearable.
Overall, while I wouldn’t return to this property, I truly hope the resort invests in improvements—because with the right upgrades, it could match the beauty of the island and the heart of its team.
