Excellent hotel
The hotel is nice, its staff is very helpful and professional, Sebastian at check in, was very professional, agile and very chatty. I went with my mom to celebrate Mother's Day, Daniel's Concierge, she was very diligent in helping me get some roses for her, and I thank her very much. Also note that the restaurant has very good food, Jhon at breakfast was very genuine, friendly and helpful; Nai, the host at dinner, was also very professional and attentive to what we needed, also the waiter who attended me in the evening, I do not remember his name. The margaritas are very delicious, I don't remember the bartender's name what served me. At the check out, Laura from guest relations and Ivan from reception, were very good, she, engaging in a conversation about how I had left my stay, and he, showing me and explaining everything about my bill. I also remember Julian as a janitor. My mom and I, we appreciate the two nights we stayed, we had a great time.
In the room, everything was perfect. Thank you so much for everything!
PD: My mom was left wanting to enjoy Mother’s Day brunch, as we went on a tour, and we couldn’t get there in time.

Wonderful birthday celebration of my husband
We stayed at the hotel celebrating my husband's birthday and it really was wonderful all the staff were watching us, they decorated the restaurant table for dinner, a delicious birthday dessert. The impeccable room every detail made the celebration unforgettable. Excellent option to rest and celebrate in Bogota.

Unauthorized card charges
At check-in, I paid the full amount as confirmed on Booking.com, including an additional 19% tax which I should have been exempt from as a tourist. At check-out, I was asked to settle incidental charges (e.g. minibar, airport transfer), and was given only a short receipt. Upon requesting an itemized invoice that I later checked closely, it became clear that the nightly accommodation charge had been increased without my knowledge or consent.
When I called to inquire, the concierge claimed I had not been charged enough initially — but I had already paid exactly the agreed rate, plus tax.
I’ve sent multiple emails requesting clarification, but have received no response. I am posting this review one week after my stay to provide opportunity for management to contact me.
This lack of communication and transparency and unauthorized use of my card is deeply concerning. I would advise caution to anyone considering staying here.

Professional 2 night stay in Bogota
My second experience at this hotel. Short trip. 2 nights.

I loved the hotel, the kindness of its workers, they have human warmth, the beautiful room. Exceptional breakfast and very pleasant atmosphere. Excellent location in a strategic point of Bogota. I'd always come back. Recommended!
