Amazing property
This hotel is amazing for a relaxing stay . The staff is really polite and helpful . An excellent place to stay with your family and friends. Food quality is on point , ambience is excellent and rooms are very beautiful and spacious. Ravinder , Nagma and Kanur were really helpful and kind thorough out our stay .

Stay with Welcom was amazing
I really enjoyed each and every bit of my stay in WELCOM . Love their hospitality. Specially their cafeteria staff service was excellent. Special thanks to Jagdevji , Nagma , Meenakshi and Sapna for their love and warmth hospitality. Like to mention for Chef too...really enjoyed each and every dish during our stay , very tasty food. Thankyou once again. And love to stay again in future too.

Very hospitable,very sweet cooperative ,very friendly staff felt like home ,excellent experience in such a shrine Place, sweet Sapna Ji and Mr Jagdevji we really had unforgettable, experience here ,never like this before in any hotel. Food quality was also excellent and yummy food.

Savoring the Experience!!
On 14th April '25, me & my husband visited the restaurant at Welcome by ITC Hotels, Katra
At the outlet we were assisted by Ganesh, Sanjeev & Ravinder. They suggested our lunch options which really turned out good making it a scrumptious meal. Specifically, the sizzler was extremely flavourful.
Being a localite, Sanjeev even helped us chalk out our day at Katra as we didn't have any specific plan for that day. He even went ahead to book a ride for the site seeing & made our day eventful. Thanks to all for the warm welcome. We will definitely plan to visit the Hotel next time we are at Katra.
