Lovely hotel
Just returned from a five night stay. This hotel has all anyone can need and more. It is spotlessly clean, with extensive varieties of food (especially breakfast and evening meal), a lovely (if not freezing) pool with poolside bar, always ample sunbeds for every one and a committed team of friendly workers. Drinks were plentiful and our room was spotless, somewhat small but perfectly formed.
Only one minor improvement would be to have tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms

7th visit to this hotel ee started coming here when it was a theee star for several years now it has been a four star
When we first came it was a three star and still excellent value for several years now it ha been a 4 star and you can see why
The whole place has been refurbished with good attention to detail rooms are lovely and airy and kept very clean
The service is professional but friendly
In all areas
Food and drinks are of a good standard and there is always someone around to help we had a few issues with wi fi and.the reception staff couldn’t have been more helpful and helped me to get on line
The pool area is lovely and well kept too and with both of us being in our late eighties the lovely wide steps and handrails were a big benefit from just having ladders which can be a challenge there is always a lifeguard on duty too
What more can I say except well done staff at the Belvedere we had another great holiday and God willing we shall return

Recent stay in Palma
The hotel seems to have been recently refurbished. The bedrooms were spacious and cleaned daily. Our sea view room was great and meant we had sun on our balcony from sunrise to mid afternoon.
We stayed as a bed and breakfast option and felt the options at breakfast was excellent. The hotel provides a free bus to Palma Nova and the water show which we took advantage of. More advertisement around the local bus offer could be advertised into Palma town and for those who don't want to walk back up the hill if you go exploring you can use the 46bus 2 euros that drops you back up at the top. The price of drinks in the bar were very reasonable. We found the staff welcoming.
The location for us was important and we would stay here again.
The pillows in the bedroom need an update as we're like balls of rocks and slept on a scatter cushion.
We had minimal complaint around our stay.

We had to wear the paper bracelets all the time, which is very strange. You have to know who are your customers. The safe and towels, also you have to pay for, also never seen before. Poor entertainment. That hall or salloon needs to be renovated for sure. But really clean, nice rooms, good food except for 1-2 days, breakfast buffet poor. Staff is really friendly except for one person at the reception. Very good location.

Excellent quality and value
Friendly, clean, excellent food, exceptional value.
We took our five month old son on his first holiday. All staff were very accommodating and the facilities were excellent.
We were half board; breakfast and dinner were superb. We had planned to eat out but changed our mind when we saw the quality and variety on offer.
