Witam.. W hotelu byliśmy od 6.01.2020 do 13.01.2020... Na powitanie przywitała nas miła obsługa w recepcji, usmiechnieci i pomocni panowie. Dostaliśmy pokój w budynku po lewej stronie, który był codziennie dokładnie sprzatątany.. Bardzo sympatyczna obsługa w restauracji.. Kelnerzy i Pani kelnerka, która zwylke była podczas śniadań bardzo grzeczni i usmiechnięci... Hotel, który posiada 3 gwiazdki na prawdę mile nas zaskoczył... Dziękujemy za pomoc w przyjemnym wypoczynku Serdecznie pozdrawiamy cała obsługę hotelu

Enjoyed our stay
Stayed beginning of April at the Illunion. Overall had a lovely stay. Hotel and pool area is very nice and clean, plenty of loungers, pool is huge but it was freezing!
Used the indoor pool a couple of times, it’s quite small and you have to pay €4 for a swimming cap, bit unnecessary in my opinion, the kids had fun though. Disappointed with housekeeping service, came once during our weeks stay and I had to ask for this, I think we were forgotton about as they should come every three days but this didn’t happen, four of us in the room and only 2 large towels which weren’t changed until day 5 after I asked. Two sofa beds for children to sleep on which weren’t made up ready for us so had to do that ourselves. Breakfast was ok, lots of choice; toast, pastries, fruit..but full English option was not very nice and the food was cold.
Plenty of bars and restaurants on the beach front but its a fair walk-took us about 12 mins, might be quicker without small children in tow. Lots of places were closed when we were there, perhaps as it’s still out of season.
Shopping centre across the road is huge and there’s nice bars and restaurants in there.
Probably wouldn’t return but that’s mainly due to the location.

Nice hotel , but the indoor pool was advertised as heated but was more cold…
Nice hotel close to a shopping mall , and had tennis courts and pool tables however the heated pool was not heated it was more on the colder side and you had to purchase a swimming cap at 4 euros each which was not advised to us at all. Beds was very stiff and pillows weren’t great however we did go and ask for a few more. Air conditioning unit did not work throughout our stay but it wasn’t hot enough to need to use it thank god! Outdoor pool was big and spacious very clean throughout. Would be good if the apartments had ovens in it and kids club was all season to keep the kids busy

Fab holiday
We have just returned from 1 weeks holiday here. Apartments are clean and well serviced. Staff were very friendly and accommodating when we need extra towels.
The pool was cold but we did use it every day and there were plenty of sun loungers to relax on. The whole pool area is very clean.
Location was good near to the shopping centre and a short pleasant walk to the beach and restaurants.
Overall we have had a fab holiday.

Ok
The apartment was clean and suited our needs, saying that, I wouldn't stay here again, as it isn't in a very good location.
There were 3 of us in a 1 bedroom apartment. We had 3 tiny towels that were never charged. The pillows were just air, they were very uncomfortable, woke up evey morning with a stiff neck.
The breakfast was adequate. The reception staff were professional, helpful and friendly.
The outside pool was too cold so we decided to use the indoor pool. We wasn't in there long enough to give our opinion as myself, mum and daughter was asked to leave to make room for an exceptionally large family of all ages, so they had more space. Absolutely shocking treatment. Must be lovely to get preferential treatment.
