Amazing hotel
My husband and I stayed here with our two sons (16 & 17). They stayed in the room next to us. We all stayed on the 5th floor of block A so we got a lovely view of the sea.
Rooms were great, clean and had everything you would need in a hotel room. Housekeeping came every day to clean and tidy, they were all lovely.
You have a fridge in your room that can hold quite a lot so we did have a few drinks and milk etc in that.
The room comes with a safe, it costs £3 a day with a £10 deposit.
Hotel looks great, as soon as you enter reception the air conditioning hits you. You also have air-conditioning in the rooms with an amazing power shower.
We have breakfast and dinner included in our stay and my boys definitely made the most of that. The food was amazing, each night was a different option but always had the popular choices like fruits, breads, and pasta. My youngest loves fish and every night he was having swordfish, salmon, rose fish and more all cooked in front of him. Everything was well cooked and tasted delicious. Breakfast was amazing too, from a cooked breakfast to the basic breakfast whatever you want it seems to be there.
Tea, coffee and juices are on offer and you can have as many as you like. You do have to pay for your drinks with dinner.
The pools were very good, never too busy and they do have a small adult pool too. Plenty of sunbeds on offer too.
Only one bar that does get busy but worth the wait. They do have a snack bar outside but we only had tacos from that one time, they were however delicious.
All staff were friendly and helpful. Good English spoken by everyone which was good because our Spanish is terrible.
Would highly recommend this hotel but if you have mobility issues like my husband does the huge hill to get to the hotel from the beach is definitely hard. I have no issues with mobility but by the end of the holiday I was even considering getting a taxi just to get me up it

Excellent hotel clean spacious and friendly staff
Have to say the only negative was we were given a room in BlockB 5th floor the view was terrible. We asked for a move to the other block A we had a wait a day or so but the view was better and closer to every thing.If you book a pool view blockA you won't be dissapointed

Amazing food and service
I would highly rate this hotel. I was a solo traveller and I did a lot of research when looking for somewhere to stay.
The hotel is clean and the hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. I had room only but dis pay some nights and mornings to eat in the restaurant which was buffet style but it had plenty of choice. The food was fresh and they ere always replenishing the food when needed. The pool was really clean and there was plenty of sunbeds. There is also a bar by the pool area that serves a small selection if snack dishes and again rhe food is made fresh and I had the chicken ceasar quesidillas and the salads and I honestly couldn't complain the food was amazing. I enjoyed my stay that I actually have just come back for another week and again I can't complain. I would highly recommend.

Stag and Hen Parties ! avoid
We went to this hotel last year and found it to be nice. However, on our return this year we found the hotel to have changed and not for the better. The chef in the dining room doing the show cooking we found rude and never smiled once in the seven days we were there! the hot food was luke warm especially the breakfast items.
The pool was full of groups of lads and woman, you couldnt even get in the pool for a swim due to this. A big party arrived the day before we were leaving and were very noisy and congregated around the pool. On the day we were leaving there was a big stag group arriving (over 15) and a big group hen party which took over the bar inside and were extremely noisy we ae just glad we were leaving that day and didnt have to listen to the noise as the poor person stated below they had. We enjoyed this hotel last year, this year we did not it is full of stag and hen dos and not peaceful at all now or enjoyable. We wont be returning.

Great location and fairly priced
Great hotel in a fantastic location bars and restaurants just up the hill behind the hotel if you do not want to walk the half mile or so to the marina - taxi back a must at only about 6 euros. There was a large group by the pool that drank during the day but found them polite and courteous. Room was clean and big enough for us but doors slamming and paper thin walls.. Food good from the bar even though there were large queues for drinks.
