Regarding your note on accessibility, we do appreciate the feedback. While the hotel does feature some classic architectural elements with steps and split levels, we’d like to clarify that the main lift does provide access all the way up to the rooftop pool area. More of a business hotel or short stay
The hotel itself is a bit dated, however the bed is very comfortable and the shower is excellent.
I liked my small Juliette balcony, there was just enough room for me to sit there and read my book.
For me the downside was the square it is located on because of the noise that went on well into the early hours, with the deep base that disturbed my sleep. I was kindly offered a change of room but declined.
The only bar was on the rooftop that closed at 7pm which was a shame as I enjoyed the views over the rooftops to the sea.
Despite the artistic license of the pool photography it really is tiny and I never went in it.
In the reception area there is no atmosphere, no where to meet up or grab a coffee which is a real shame.
Top tip - there is an excellent bakery just around the corner and some beautiful churches to explore in the vicinity.

Being right in the heart of Zante Town certainly adds energy and convenience, but we also recognize that, for some, it can affect rest during the busier hours. We were happy to offer a room change and appreciate your decision to stay in your original room.
Regarding your comments on the rooftop bar — during the high season, the schedule is extended to allow guests to enjoy the beautiful views and relaxing atmosphere into the evening. We hope you’ll have the chance to experience it that way if you return in the summer months.
As for the lobby, we’d like to mention that the hotel offers two levels of seating areas where guests can relax, meet, or enjoy a coffee throughout the day. We're sorry if this wasn’t clearly communicated during your stay.
