A must stay… such a delight!
We were very impressed with the evening meal we had and would recommend eating at the hotel. It really was fine dining with beautiful attention to detail.
A faultless stay… we hope to return.

Trust me you won’t be disappointed
We stayed here for one night while passing through on our way to l’ile D’Oleron and found it at the last minute and, frankly, just needed a place to crash so weren’t really expecting much. However we were really pleasantly surprised when we walked in, from the warm welcome from the owner to the beautifully decorated room.
Cutting this short, as I really could go on, the room was modern and nicely decorated. The linen clean and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was large, the shower warm and very clean.
Breakfast was plentiful with a selection of yoghurts, cereals, croissants and pain aux chocolat and obligatory baguette with salty butter and preserves. All served in a lovely dining room.
We got to have a chat with the owners who have put their heart and soul into the place, and it shows. They run the place, pretty much, single handedly.
This is starting to feel like a paid ad for the place but I really can’t praise the place enough. They even have a pool and a jacuzzi and even grow their own vegetables which they then serve for evening meals, which we were too late for but hopefully next time.
As I said before I would have loved to keep this place for myself but the owners are just too nice and it hasn’t been easy for them recently due to covid, so I have to tell everyone how I really feel about the place.

Le seul problème c'est ... que justement je n'ai pas trouvé de défaut a ce gîte !
Nous allons vite y retourner comme nous devons nous rendre encore dans cette région et je ne manquerais pas de "goûter" aux thèmes des autres chambres et a la cuisine raffinée de nos hôtes...
Très secrètement ...comme je me suis laissé entendre dire qu' il était possible de privatiser les lieux pour une trentaine de personnes je pense faire une surprise à une personne proche de moi lorsqu'elle chandera de dizaine ! Mais chut ...

Semaine très agréable
Gîte très joli et agréable
Extérieur parfait et très agréable
Chambre spacieuse et propre
Bien équipé en cuisine, tables, chaises...
Peu être un peu juste pour 16pers plus confortable à 13 14 avec des enfants.
Seul point faible aucun rangement dans les chambres pas d'armoires, étagères ou simple commode.
Un très bon gîte avec des gérants très sympathiques.
Je le recommande sans aucune hésitation.
