Again very good experience
Already visited previously, we returned again and as in our previous visit, our experience was very pleasant. Comfortable, well-appointed, well-equipped and spacious apartment. (we stayed in an apartment with terrace and living room with sofa bed )

AWFUL EXPERIENCE IN STUDIO 111. CLIM IMPOSSIBLE TO SET HOT,, LAMINATE FLOORING SO NUISANCES TO GUESTS FROM ABOVE AND
Horrible weekend, air conditioning impossible to settle, parquet instead of carpet, studio 111 on the 1st etg along the road, incessant traffic, young and incompetent staff, as TNT, not Netflix, neither Amazon, nor Disney!! Limestone on all taps

We stayed 6 nights in room 904 located on the 9th floor. I confess I do not understand how this Inn gets a Rating above 4 by offering apartments in such bad condition! If I go into detail: the cleaning on our arrival had been very badly done. It seems that this was not an accident since apartment 906 was in the same condition! Black hair in all the rooms , the fabric of the chairs in the living room blackened by dirt and torn, the doors of the kitchen cupboards poorly fixed, the dishwasher does not wash, the suction cup of the fridge door was so dirty that it did not close anymore! The door of the frizzer does not close properly, mold on the window frames, the gasket of the pane of glass of the shower is very damaged and allows it more to keep straight the leaf that closes on you in the shower...the door of the dishwasher cannot open without scraping the door of the fridge due to a poor arrangement of equipment (this being , the dishwasher does not work properly I remind you)!... the outlets come out of the wall if you plug a charger into it... the filters of the ventilation grilles are not cleaned and a smell of wet dog filled the apartment...the noise of the street does not allow to sleep the window open...it lacks a hubcap around the switch of the kitchen...the apartment is planned for 4 people, there are indeed 4 terrace chairs but only 1 table for 2! and to top it all we came across two consecutive evenings a night watchman as welcoming as a prison door! Two consecutive evenings we said hello to him and two evenings in a row he stared at us without answering us... in short we tried to experience an Apartment Pension in the idea of having our breakfasts on site but it is clear that we will no longer stay in an adagio! Better than words I sew lets you see for yourself on the attached photos!
Only positive points: An Intermarket 6 minutes walk and a bakery 4 minutes walk. The metro station Mairie de Montouge (line 4) is a 10-minute walk away.

Location ok.. but from 4 stars very far away .. A basic cleaning especially balcony would be urgently appropriate .. Shower deficient instead of a bed a fold-out sofa ... kitchen equipment ok even if the corkscrew was missing.
