Great Hotel
I stayed at Desyloia Hotel for the first time and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is in a great location—close to main streets but still quiet—and the locals are super friendly. My room was clean, cozy, and very comfortable.the wifi was good.The staff were amazing, especially Ms Joyce, who gave me all the info I needed and always made sure I was taken care of. I’m really happy with my first stay here and will definitely book again when I come back to Hanoi!

Pleasant stay and very friendly staff
The De Syloia Hotel in Hanoi is definitely worth a recommendation. Well located within walking distance of the center and the old town, the hotel is very nicely decorated and stands for an all-round pleasant stay. The food is delicious and the staff is attentive to all wishes. Joice speaks good German and could also give me good tips for the goals in the city. If I come to Hanoi again, then the hotel is my first choice.

An unforgettable stay in Hanoi
I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The location is perfect for exploring Hanoi, but what truly makes Amica Hotel special is the staff: their kindness and genuine care make you feel at home. A special thanks to Joyce and Nam, always smiling, attentive, and ready to help with every detail.
They also organized some amazing tours for me, which made my experience in Vietnam even more memorable.
The rooms are cozy, clean, and comfortable, breakfast is good and varied, and the laundry service is super convenient. I also really appreciated the local tips from the team to experience the city like a local.
A place with real soul — I’ll definitely be back on my next trip to Hanoi.
