Santa Lucia Hotel - Zarezerwowane 10 dni
Hotel Santa Lucia znajduje się w doskonałym miejscu, bardzo blisko Plaza de las Armas, Plaza de La Constitucion i Cerra de Santa Lucia, takich jak Mercado Central del Chile! Bardzo dobra korzyść kosztowa. Śniadanie jest proste, ale są dobre opcje pieczywa.

Dobra lokalizacja, ale bardzo zużyty hotel
To starszy hotel, który bardzo potrzebuje odświeżenia. Nie ma prądu zmiennego (otwarte okno bez ekranu, ale na szczęście także żadnych błędów), ale zapewniają wentylator pokojowy. Nadal nie jest to odpowiednie w upalną letnią noc. Do holu na 4. piętrze znajduje się winda, ale między piętrami 3–5 nie ma żadnej; każdy, kto ma problemy z poruszaniem się, będzie miał trudności. Sala śniadaniowa i patio w ogrodzie są ładne i mieszczą się na 3. piętrze. Śniadanie kontynentalne było bardzo odpowiednie, ale zawierało tylko soki w proszku. Personel był pomocny i większość mówiła po angielsku. Lokalizacja w mieście była jedynym plusem.

I would like to use this opportunity to let you know that we are in the middle of a full renovation process. In all of the fourth floor, we have our newly renovated superior rooms that include, among many other features; Air conditioning and roller shades with black out and screen. In the same floor, we also have rooms for guests with mobility issues. Also, our front desk team is always ready to help you with your luggage using the service elevation we have.
I would also like to let you know that we are constantly making improvements to our breakfast. We do not serve powder juice, we serve pulp juice that comes bottled.
We hope you can try our superior rooms in the future so we can show you how good we really are.

Pomimo lokalizacji to miejsce jest ogromnym rozczarowaniem. Po kilku e-mailach do hotelu nie otrzymałem odpowiedzi. W e-mailach z prośbą o pokój, który nie wychodzi na ulicę (inne recenzje mówiły, jak głośno było w nocy). Nie otrzymałem odpowiedzi i dostałem pokój z widokiem na ulicę. Można powiedzieć, że nie spałem. Najgłośniejszy pokój, w jakim kiedykolwiek przebywałem. O pokoju. . . okropne, spleśniałe ściany, brązowa gorąca woda, piżmowy zapach, starożytny system ogrzewania, którego bałam się włączyć. Porozmawiaj o swoich fixeruppers! Nie tanie. Unikaj i rezerwuj gdzie indziej bez wahania.

I would like to start by offering you our deepest apologies on behalf of the entire team for not fulfilling your expectations in your stay with us, and for not replying to your message prior to your arrival. I would like to use this opportunity to let know that your message was not answered due to a system issue that has been resolved and this should not happen again to any other guest.
We have gone through all the points you mention with our house keeper and many of them are not common such as the brown water that we were not able to detect but we have been overdoing some hot water pipe maintenance so it is posible to get brown water occasionally but for a very short time. The musky smell that was immediately solved with ventilation.
Regarding the noice, and even though your room has double glass windows, we are completely renovating all our windows facing the street with state of the art sound proof windows, starting with our superior rooms in the 4th floor that also comes with other improvements asked by our loved guests.
We hope you recovered well from the illness you had in Calama and got home safe and sound. We also hope you can give us another opportunity in the future to show you how good we really are.

Właśnie wróciłem z Santiago, byłem tam przez 4 noce! ! ! Recepcja jest w porządku, z uprzejmymi pracownikami, są 2 rodzaje pokoi, wychodzą na ulice i wychodzą na taras, te wychodzące na ulice są bardzo hałaśliwe, mieliśmy problemy ze snem, więc poprosiliśmy o zmianę, co zostało zrobione i to zrobiła ogromną różnicę, ale hotel musi wydawać pieniądze na konserwację! ! ! Prysznic rano był zimny, w nocy było dobrze! ! !

The problem you mention about the hot water very early in the morning, was due to the failure of a water circulation pump that made the process of getting hot water in the rooms longer that usual. We have solved this problem as soon as it was reported.

Dobre, ale głośne
Uczciwa cena za to, co oferuje, głównym problemem tego zakwaterowania jest głośny hałas w nocy. Słychać wszystko z ulicy, od ludzi rozmawiających przez samochody i autobusy. Ponadto, chciałbym bardziej, jeśli ma lodówkę. Ceny na własnej restauracji powyżej średniej.

Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19% To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA). This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid seperately.
