Too smokey
This is a lovely, stylish hotel and only two years old, it's immaculate. We booked a balcony superior room which was lovely and as a Diamond member of the programme had a lovely bowl of fruit and water. We didn't eat at the Italian restaurant but the menu looked good. Breakfast had a huge selection of food with fruits, pastries, cereals and a hot bench of bacon, egg ect . The latter section was stone cold on the three mornings we dined there by the way! The big put down and why I refuse to give this hotel 5 stars is that they have a completely, covered terrace adjoining the lounge and foyer which allowed smoking, despite it being enclosed. The whole foyer stinks of stale tobacco, my wife actually retired to her room early as her eyes were hurting. Such a beautiful place which excludes elegance spoiled by chimney pots and believe me these people can smoke, being allowed to polluted the place! Won't return to this Hotel even a s a Diamond member!

In Bulgaria, public smoking is allowed in certain areas such as terraces and open spaces, which is why smoking is permitted on the terrace adjoining the lounge and foyer. Amazing hotel, excellent service!
The hotel is located walking distance to Old Town, very convenient and easy to get to. Parking is also available. Great hospitality provided by everyone we encountered. Very clean and well maintained hotel. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms are spacious and very modern. Highly recommend!!!

Easter Holiday
Very good location and easy to reach.
Rooms are clean and equipped with espresso machines which to my knowledge not many hotels in the world can boast.
The Italian restaurant is very comfy.
Staff are professional and helpful.
It was really enjoyable experience and wish to come back again.
Perhaps a suggestion to make the hotel even better than this is to consider sufficient parking places for its guests.

The best hotel in Plovdiv
Friendly, efficient staff. Well-appointed room with trousers press, hair dryer etc and a spotless bathroom with Crabtree & Evelyn shampoos.
Breakfast buffet had a massive choice of foods and again, efficient staff.
