Positive experience
The first passage (29/12) we had some problems in the room, the tap was old and the top box stand was loose. This room looked older. However, the bed was comfortable and the shower with nice temperature. So we were able to rest very well.
The second passage (day 3/01 to day 05/01) there was an energy drop in the city that also compromised the energy of the hotel. However, there was no other problem in this accommodation. The room was newer and better arranged than the previous one.
Care and service: On the accommodation in a general way I highlight the education and cordiality of the hotel staff, who answered, without questioning all our requests. The cleaning of the rooms was carried out every day and it was possible to observe that it was indeed well carried out;
Breakfast: The breakfast that is on the table leaves a bit to be desired, however, it is possible to make orders directly in the kitchen, which makes the experience excellent;
Location: is positive due to the proximity of the main tourist attractions of the city, but is negative due to the lack of security of the city center. Around the location of the hotel is dangerous and there should be caution on the part of guests.
Overall, I recommend this hotel, it was a pleasant experience and no interruptions. The main positive point is the cordiality of the employees.

The mattress is very soft and the pillow looks like a parallelepiped.

Room felt like a garage, more like a storage room.
The window had no view and was disrupted by foliage.
Breakfast was decent, but not worth the price. Extremely disappointing!
