Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant, and SUCH good value
I think that I am going to regret posting this review because now the Breakfast Pension Winter, Frühstückspension Winter, will be as thronged as it deserves to be and I shall never be able to book a room. Drat. My loss, your gain!

Clean, friendly, at the edge of Graz
The welcome at the hotel was warm and friendly and our room was roomy, very, very clean, good size bathroom with great towels, a French-style balcony that overlooked the back garden to give us a quiet night.
Breakfast had lots of choice - breads, cereals, fruit, cold cuts, eggs (have to order them), yogurt, great coffee, juices - with good friendly service in a bright cheery room.
We only spent one night but had a tasty lunch at the restaurant attached to the hotel. After driving in and out of Graz (10 kms on the #73) to visit the Murinsel and the Kuntshaus we decided to have dinner at the same restaurant, Haushurt. The service here was very friendly and the server spoke very good English. My spätzle and schnitzel were both delicious.
The drive into Graz is very direct on hwy #73...very easy to do. Once in Graz it was a bit tricky to find Murinsel. We abandoned Google maps and just followed the signs. The signage is very good.

Excellent acommodation at a reasonable price
I've found it to be well equipped very clean and comfortable with very friendly service by the family who run the establishment. Buffet Style Breakfast has a very good selection of meats, cheeses, continental sausages, eggs cooked to your choice and wide variety of bread and rolls and home made jams and marmalades.
There is a Gasthaus next door called "Hanslwirt" which is run by the same family and they offer a good selection of wholesome meals at very reasonable prices.
Good Public and frequent Transport links into Graz. Easy access to Autobahn A2 and within easy reach of Graz Airport. "Murpark" shopping centre is also very close by. I will certainly stay here again on my bi-annual trips. Ample free car parking available.
